Get Started!
4 Simple Steps and you'll be on your way to a head start on college and your future!
- APPLY: Complete the WVNCC General Admission Application and select: Early Access High School Student for applications student type.
- If you’ve taken classes within the past year, your application is still active. If not, you’ll need to reapply.
Have a WVNCC Student ID and are still active? Go to Step 2.
- If you’ve taken classes within the past year, your application is still active. If not, you’ll need to reapply.
- REGISTER: Fill out the Early Access Course Registration Form with your requested courses for the semester..
- SIGNATURES: Obtain authorization on registration form from parent/guardian and high school designee.
- Parent/guardian signature is required even if the high school student is 18 years of age or older
- DOCUMENTS: Provide the most current high school transcript and course registration form to earlyaccess@wvncc.edu for processing.
- If we’re unable to complete your registration due to missing requirements, holds, or errors, we’ll contact you with next steps. Registration will be processed once the issue is resolved.
What Happens Next?
- Your registration will be processed
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- You’ll get access to your student portal and WVNCC email
