Northern Inclusive Leadership Institute
We are excited to announce that the Northern Inclusive Leadership Institute is launching its first-ever First-Generation Student Edition for the 2024-2025 school year. This unique program is specifically designed to support first-generation college students like yourself who are navigating new academic and professional landscapes. The Institute is available at NO COST to you. All resources for the workshops, including workbooks, supplies, and food, are funded by a Diversity for Equity Grant through the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission. You can expect to spend about 5 hours a month on the Institute, which includes reading/pre-work, the workshops, and planning activities. Most workshops will be held in a hybrid format with in-person meetings on each campus and a Zoom option for the other campuses.
