Energy Technology, C.A.S.
Our program trains individuals to work in various areas of the Energy Industry including oil and gas technologies, along with renewable technologies.
License Practical Nursing (LPN), C.A.S.
In extraordinarily high demand, LPN’s are essential members of a healthcare team, providing compassionate, comprehensive, and competent care to patients of all ages.
Welding Technology, A.A.S.
Our welding program prepares individuals with advanced skills in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), TIG welding and MIG welding - making them ideal candidates for employment in a wide range of industrial settings.
Some certificate programs may transfer to a two-year program leading to an Associate in Applied Science Degree.
NON-CREDIT PROGRAMS
Child Development Associate (CDA)
This course is designed for individuals working with children aged birth to 5, this course covers creating and sustaining safe, healthy learning environments, promoting holistic development, fostering family partnerships, and mastering principles of child development.
Home Health Aide
This course equips students for careers as home health aides through 75 hours of instruction, covering essential caregiving skills including daily tasks and basic medical services, with opportunities for specialization in geriatric or pediatric care.
Shielded Metal Arc Welding I
Explore the SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) Stick Welding process in-depth. This program offers intensive, hands-on training tailored to equip you for the initial Certification test upon completion. Course fees cover the cost of the certification exam.
Shielded Metal Arc Welding II
This course builds upon the skills acquired in Shielded Metal Arc Welding I, focusing on instruction for certification testing requirements in vertical and 3-position weld tests (horizontal, vertical, and overhead). Furthermore, participants will receive guidance on 6G pipe welding, with the welding direction (uphill) determined by individual progress and skill level. Skill certification exams will be administered based on each participant's knowledge and abilities. Course fees cover the cost of the certification exam.
Certified Manufacturing Associate
Based on SME's Certified Manufacturing Associat (CMfgA) certification, it offers essential training for entry-level manufacturing roles. Ideal for beginners, it covers key topics like shop math, assembly, maintenance, and machining, providing a solid foundation for industry newcomers.
